Fifteen years ago, Nina Solis began her career working in intelligence and security across the US public and private sectors. Her career moved her around the world, from Stockholm, Sweden to Washington DC, Brooklyn NY, Miami FL, Scottsdale AZ and -- ultimately -- the wild jungles of Costa Rica.

To unwind from the intensity of her career, Nina began carefully curating calming living spaces for herself and friends. This sparked a passion for intuitive and approachable interior design that defies trends and re-defines style.

At present, Nina splits her time between New York and the jungles of Sarapiqui, Costa Rica, where she is building a micro-resort with her husband. As the lead of Branding and Design, Nina is responsible for all visual and experiential elements. The resort, although under construction, currently rents accommodations through Airbnb, where they are ranked amongst the top 5% of homes globally.

Nina revels in design that is as unique as it is practical, believing that it need not be expensive nor pretentious. She specializes in home staging, Airbnb and short-term rentals, space planning, furniture layout, mood boards and curated, affordable styling.
